Turn a Latvian name day into a personal customer touchpoint
The module uses Latvia’s name-day calendar and the customer’s first name to prepare a greeting. An optional campaign can issue a customer-specific discount voucher and send an email.
This is a name-day module, not a birthday reminder. Use marketing automation only with appropriate customer consent and in compliance with applicable data-protection rules.

Public demos are safely locked: no real emails or vouchers are generated. Temporary storefront adjustments reset automatically.
Compatibility & requirements
Packages target these explicitly demo-tested PrestaShop/PHP environments. PrestaShop 9.2 has not yet been validated.

Requires working PrestaShop email configuration and a secure daily CRON. Available banner positions depend on hooks rendered by the installed theme.
Installation
- Back up the store database and module files.
- Upload the matching STANDARD ZIP in PrestaShop Module Manager.
- Verify the campaign is OFF and configure the voucher and mail settings.
- Test the on-site greeting; validate CRON and one controlled recipient only on a private staging store.
Licence, updates & support
- Licence for one production store; staging for the same project is permitted.
- Installation is not included and can be ordered separately.
- Future updates and technical support require a separate agreement.
- Software is supplied AS IS, without prejudice to mandatory statutory customer rights.
Frequently asked questions
Does it send birthday reminders?
No. It uses Latvia’s name-day calendar and the customer’s first name.
Does sending start automatically?
No. The campaign is disabled on a fresh installation and must be enabled explicitly.
Are vouchers created in the public demo?
No. Public DEMO protection blocks actual voucher creation and email delivery.
Does the module modify PrestaShop core?
No. It installs through Module Manager. Theme hooks determine available storefront placements.
